Triratna Buddhist Community Stirling Day retreat TBC

 Our Next-day retreat will be TBC at the Age Concern Hall Larbert open from 10 am for a 10.30 am start to 4.30 pm. 

This will be open to retreat is open to all Scottish Sangha members and friends the theme for the day will be furthering or deepening your practice and building friendships within the Sangha community.

Please bring a vegetarian lunch to share (or your own, lunch if you prefer). The building has a small kitchen that we can use, we can't wait to meet you in person and share this experience with you!

While we suggest a donation of £10.00 for the day retreat, please do not feel excluded if your circumstances do not allow for a donation. We want everyone to be able to participate and enjoy the day.
