Forth Valley Buddhists Day retreats

We have our first-ever day retreat on Sunday the fifth of March 2023 in a beautiful location near Falkirk town center from 10 am till 3 pm. This will be open to all Scottish Sangha members or friends if you would like to attend or a considering attending, please get in touch for more details as spaces are limited to approx. 20/30 people info@forthvalleybuddhist.com The theme for the day will be Spiritual Friendship and what is the Sangha. 

If attending please bring a packed lunch, there is a cafe on site but can be busy at times. look forward to meeting up with you in person.
