Introduction for Beginners (Jan 2026)

The full expression of a Buddhist practice could be said to rooted in non-violence and compassion. We get to that by understanding our minds and experiencing the deep truths of reality.

Over the two Tuesday nights, we aim to explore our response to 'operational concepts'. We'll use two fundamental Buddhist meditation practices to support our awareness: Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana (Development of Lovingkindness).

All classes are free, but we do have admin costs like venue hire, so we have a suggested donation. If your circumstances mean you cannot make a donation that's ok please do just come along, you are still most welcome to join us.
